Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of qalixtech.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who these terms are with

The Site is operated by Qalix Technologies ("Qalix", "we", "us"), headquartered at 1010 Washington Blvd, Stamford, CT 06901, United States. These terms cover the Site only. Any services we provide to clients are governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms for that work.

Using the Site

You may browse the Site and download or print pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, republish, redistribute or sell Site content, or frame or mirror the Site, without our written permission. Linking to the Site's home page is welcome.

Prohibited conduct

When using the Site you must not:

• try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems;
• probe, scan or test the Site for vulnerabilities, or interfere with its operation;
• scrape or harvest content or data using automated means;
• upload or send malicious code, spam or unlawful content, including through our contact form;
• impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation.

Copyright and trademarks

The Site's content, including its text, design, graphics, illustrations and code, belongs to Qalix or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. "Qalix", the Qalix logo and the Qalix mark are our trademarks and may not be used without our written permission.

Intellectual property

Using the Site does not give you any rights in our intellectual property. Ownership of anything we build for a client is set out in that client's agreement with us.

Third-party names and logos

Names and logos of other companies and technologies shown on the Site belong to their owners and are used to identify them. Showing them does not mean those companies endorse Qalix unless we say so.

Our products

Our products, such as the AI Medical Coder, AI LMS, AI GRC Platform and AI Data Analyst, are provided under their own terms. Descriptions on the Site are for general information and do not form part of any product agreement.

Enquiries and proposals

Sending us an enquiry does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side, and it is not a confidential communication unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Proposals and estimates are not binding until both parties sign a written agreement.

Ideas and feedback

Please do not send us confidential information or unsolicited ideas through the Site before we have agreed terms. If you send feedback or suggestions, you agree that we may use them without any obligation to you.

Examples, figures and outlooks

Figures, examples and results described on the Site illustrate our experience. They are not a promise that any future project will achieve the same outcome. Statements about the future reflect our current plans and may change.

No professional advice

Content on the Site is for general information only. It is not legal, financial, medical, compliance or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

Disclaimer

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You agree to indemnify and hold Qalix harmless from any claims, losses or costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

The Site may link to websites we do not control. Those sites have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content.

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal information and cookies, and form part of these terms.

Export controls and sanctions

You agree to use the Site in line with all applicable export control and sanctions laws, and confirm that you are not a person or entity with whom we are prohibited from dealing under those laws.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Connecticut, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Before starting any formal proceedings, we both agree to try to resolve the matter informally by contacting the other in writing.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in full effect.

Entire agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Qalix about your use of the Site.
